Old Ranch hand

This is a portrait of a guy who use to work for us. He was a big pain in the ass and I don't have any fond memories of him, but one look at his face, you'll never forget him. His wrinkles had stories to tell. Anyways, I wanted to have him sit for me so that I can paint him, but never had that chance, so I drew him from memory. It's not exactly like how he looks, but most people who has interacted with him recognizes this drawing right away.
